A Bit About Me

I'm a creative learning experience designer passionate about unlocking human potential. I've spent over nine years diving into the amazing world of learning and development and have discovered the art of crafting transformative learning experiences.

My goal is to transform how we do "learning" in organizations and transition from one-time events to experiences that improve performance, boost our confidence, and encourage us to be curious, innovative, and find joy in learning.

Human-Centered Design

I put humans at the center of the design process by understanding their motivations, preferences, and needs because I believe that everyone deserves an experience that sparks their curiosity and ignites their passion.

Design Approach

I use agile elements to move fast while ensuring my stakeholders join me through the development journey. I take a creative and iterative design approach and incorporate aspects of user experience (UX) design, visual design, storytelling, gamification, and multimedia production. I focus on creating an emotional connection and motivating people to actively participate in the learning process.

Technology Integration

I leverage technology to enhance the learning experience by incorporating interactive multimedia, simulations, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), social learning platforms, and other emerging technologies.
