The Situation:
Create a how-to guide to help IT teams implement agile product development and engineering practices to optimize their software delivery end-to-end value stream.
The Solution:
I partnered with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to build out an interactive role-based toolkit that included technical agile topics with inspiration and insight from peers, links to learning content, and context on the agile environment, tools, processes, and use cases. I built a personalized learning experience by creating four learning paths that people can choose from based on their roles and experience levels.
